Too many lives are lost not to cancer, but to late detection.

Every day, thousands are diagnosed and thousands are lost. Yet most cases are still detected too late to change the outcome.

Why Early Detection Matters

Early Detection Changes Survival

Breast cancer clearly shows how early detection improves outcomes. When detected early, survival rates are significantly higher. As the disease progresses, outcomes decline and treatment becomes more complex.

The stage at diagnosis determines the outcome.

Stage I

98%

Early stage
highly treatable

Stage II

86%

Early stage
Treatable with timely care

Stage III

57%

Advanced stage
Requires complex treatment

Stage IV

<30%

Late stage
limited outcomes

A simple screening done at the right time can shift diagnosis from late stage to early stage and significantly improve the chances of survival.

Who We Are

MOC Cancer Care Foundation (MOCF) is a Section 8 not-for-profit organisation established in 2018 in Mumbai.

It is the social impact arm of MOC Cancer Care and Research Centre, bringing clinical expertise into communities with limited access to early detection and care.

MOCF addresses this gap through early screening, timely diagnosis, and continuous support across the cancer care journey, from detection to treatment.

Our work ensures that no patient is lost in the process.
